- 0 to 16 paint guns; used for marking defects at their actual, true locations on the piece being tested with an accuracy of better than 75mm (3"); also can be programmed as inputs to the PLC used to control the test cycle.

Printed Reports
|

- Test report for each piece tested, including a "map" of the area tested showing defects at their true locations, and a list of all defects detected with descriptive data about each defect; the test report can also be saved to the system hard disk for archival.
- Summary statistics report listing the total number of pieces tested, accepted, rejected, and a list of the total defects detected by probe orientation and/or defect categories; statistics are maintained on the system hard disk as a data file.
- Job summary report listing all channels and their parameters including gain settings, gates, thresholds, flaw counts, etc.
- A listing of all "jobs" currently stored on the system hard disk.
